1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials and OTPs confidential.
2. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines, respect consent and other users' rights, and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it.
3. User content and moderation
You retain ownership of your content. You give NELOA a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service. We may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms, safety rules or law.
4. Coins, gifts and purchases
Coins and virtual gifts are limited licences for use inside NELOA; they are not legal tender and are not transferable outside permitted features. Purchases must use approved Google Play or NELOA channels. Refunds are subject to applicable law and platform rules. Any creator/RJ earnings or payouts require eligibility, verification and the applicable programme terms.
5. Service availability
Features may change, be suspended or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Account termination
You may request deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, fraud or legal requirements.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
NELOA is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users are responsible for their interactions and should use reporting, blocking and personal-safety precautions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
