NELOA Child Safety Standards

NELOA is an 18+ social discovery and live-audio community. The service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. However, NELOA maintains strict child safety standards and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

NELOA strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to solicit or distribute sexual content involving a minor.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

NELOA provides in-app reporting features that allow users to report accounts, content, messages, or behavior that may violate our safety standards. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters.

3. Enforcement

Accounts or content found to violate these standards may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned. NELOA may preserve relevant information and take additional action when necessary to protect users and comply with applicable law.

4. Cooperation With Authorities

NELOA complies with applicable child safety laws and will report apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation to appropriate regional or national authorities when required by applicable law.

5. Adult-Only Service

NELOA is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create or maintain an account. Accounts reasonably determined to belong to users under 18 may be restricted or removed.

6. Child Safety Point of Contact
